E2U MVB15 is VOC-compliant, two component, 100% solids epoxy system for concrete substrates. MVB15 is a moisture vapour barrier that reduces the permeance of moisture vapour leaving a slab to levels that are acceptable for the application of resin flooring installation and other floor coverings. It is compatible with most flooring adhesives and
cementitious underlays, and levelling compounds, including all E2U primers and coatings.

Understanding Moisture Vapour:
Often referred to as breath-ability, vapour permeability describes a material’s ability to allow water vapour to pass through it. Unlike bulk water holdout, which refers to water in its liquid form, vapour permeability concerns water in its gas form. E2U MVB15 is a VAPOUR barrier (gas form) not a WATER barrier (liquid form).
